Mr. Cramer is a Registered Architect and Certified Passive House Designer (PHI) with over (6) years of architectural design experience, with a demonstrated history of a cross-collaboration with architecture and facade and structural engineering.  His expertise in building enclosure design includes façade systems and holistic enclosure design, parametric modeling, Passive House design, thermal and hygrothermal analysis, daylighting design and analysis, energy modeling, envelope investigation, façade renovation & rehabilitation, and fabrication. A designer with an affinity for technical, detailed design; Mr. Cramer leverages his skill-set to deliver innovative and informed solutions and analysis to project teams and clients.

Mr. Cramer has worked on a variety of projects in his professional career.  In his time with NELSON Worldwide, he worked on many residential projects, corporate interiors, landlord pre-builts, retail showrooms, and retail stores.  He was part of a team working on the GIII Apparel Group brands, including Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, GH Bass, Karl Lagerfeld, and more.  At his current job with Buro Ehring Engineering PC, Mr. Cramer is involved in structural and building envelope engineering projects ranging from hospitality, residential, office, and institutional types.

Mr. Cramer grew up in Germantown, Maryland and currently resides in Astoria, Queens with his fiance Saoirse.  In his free time, he enjoys film and movies, staying in shape, playing guitar, reading and constantly learning, visiting his family and friends in Maryland, and exploring all the architectural wonders that New York City has to offer.
